Why we built Pregnants

The journey to parenthood is different for everyone, whether you are trying to conceive, expecting a baby, or navigating life after birth. For couples, women, and men alike, these journeys can be beautiful and rewarding, but they also come with physical, mental, and emotional challenges. From the uncertainty and disappointment of trying to conceive, to the anxiety and physical demands of pregnancy, to the emotional challenges of postpartum life, every stage brings its own experiences.

Three journeys, one app

Your journey decides what the app shows you. Nothing is generic, and if a pregnancy ends, nothing in the app goes on speaking to you as though it had not.

  • Two mugs on a kitchen counter in morning light

    Trying to conceive

Cycle and fertile window tracking that explains itself, with space for the months that do not go to plan.

  • An expectant parent cradling their belly in warm light

    Pregnancy

Week by week, what is changing for your baby and for you, with the signs that are worth a call to your doctor or midwife, and the ones that cannot wait, spelled out plainly.

  • A parent cradling a swaddled newborn against their chest

    Postpartum

Feeding, sleep, and recovery, tracked without judgment, for however long after birth you need it.

Mind as well as body

Caring for parents should go beyond fertility tracking, pregnancy milestones, and baby development. It should also mean recognizing the emotional struggles that often go unnoticed, and offering something real when they matter most. Pregnants was built to support both your body and your mind across the whole journey. That includes the journeys that do not end the way you hoped, where the app stops asking you to move on and leaves room for what you are carrying.

Built for both partners

A partner is not a spectator. Link your accounts with a code and your partner gets their own view of the same journey, with their own guidance for their own role. Linking shares where you are in the journey, not your private notes, and you can unlink whenever you want to.

How we handle clinical safety

Health guidance in the app is reviewed before it reaches you, and anything that could be urgent is written to point you toward care rather than away from it. When we are not confident enough in something to show it, we tell you so rather than guess, and anything medical is always a question for your doctor or midwife.
